Jane G. McElligott, Esq.
Graduated from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, Cum Laude (1988) and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR). Jane's undergraduate studies were at the University of Massachusetts - Lowell with a B.A. in History. Jane's professorships have included the following universities & colleges: Massachusetts School of Law; University of Massachusetts - Lowell; Northern Essex Community College; Fisher College; and Kaplan University. Jane's practice emphasis has been Social Security Disability Law and Family Law. Jane's 19 years of legal experience has provided her with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle the complex issues inherent in Social Security Disability cases.

Michelle Chalifoux, LPN, Paralegal
Graduated from Boise State University - Licensed Practical Nursing Program (1982)
Kaplan University - Paralegal Program (2004)
Licensed Practical Nurse with over 18 years of nursing experience in various clinical settings. Michelle's extensive nursing experience has enabled her to integrate that knowledge with her paralegal work, which has been paramount in helping individuals estabilish disability under the guidelines set forth by the Social Security Administration. Michelle's ability to understand the medical aspects of Social Security Disability cases is just one of the attributes that sets our firm apart from the others.
